Libraries aren’t known for big advertising campaigns, but the Johnson County Library in Shawnee Mission, KS has released four specially painted, literary-themed courier trucks to promote its services and resources. The four traveling billboards represent the fictional businesses: Captain Ahab’s Fine Seafood, Benjamin Button’s Diaper Service, Kafka’s Pest Kontrol, and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde’s Pharmacy. Real cute.

A bunch of people have been raving about the new USA show Royal Pains, so I started watching. Top reasons why you should start too: gold bars, open ended plot structure, pleasing supporting cast, and a Mark Feuerstein who looks like the lovechild of everyone (see above).
I admit I’m not much of a soccer fan, but as an enthusiast and a lover of America, I am extremely proud of the rainmaking that the US men are conjuring in South Africa. After a 3-0 win over Egypt and a huge upset over #1 ranked Spain, the US is set to face Brazil in the finals this Sunday.
